Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

At Collar & Leash, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be rare instances where returns or exchanges are required. Please carefully review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Process for Returns:
    • Send your order ID and a photograph of the damaged product to collarnleash1@gmail.com.
    • Once your request is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Step 1: Raise a Request

    • Email us at collarnleash1@gmail.com with your order ID and a clear photograph of the product you wish to exchange.

  2. Step 2: Product Pickup

    • We will arrange for a free pickup of the product from your location*. Ensure that the product is unused, with all original tags intact. Keep the pickup slip safely for reference.

  3. Step 3: Quality Check and Exchange

    • After receiving the product at our warehouse and conducting a quality check, we will offer you either an exchange or store credit, as per our policy.
    • If the product for exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit and notify you once the item is back in stock.

Important Notes:

  • The first exchange is free of cost. However, any subsequent exchanges may incur a cost, which will be borne by the customer.
  • To avoid sizing issues, please feel free to contact our representatives for size recommendations before making a purchase. They are happy to assist you with selecting the best fit for your pet.

We offer free product pickups only for the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation
