  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹699.
  • For orders below ₹699, a flat shipping charge will be applied based on the product and delivery location. Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

2. Delivery Times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving the order.
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India. Delivery is available to most cities and towns across the country. In case your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or logistical issues may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any such delays.

6. Multiple Products in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, we may ship them separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, if applicable.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we may charge a re-shipping fee or process a refund, excluding shipping costs.
